Painfree & able to swim as much as you like.
Summer won't be the same without you chasing us in the pool, barking for our attention or being the brat you always were running and hiding your toy in the bushes just so one of us had to get out of the pool to get it or even your sly sneaky "shakes" right next to us whenever you got out the pool

Rest in Peace, Missy Moo
You were rhe best 'goldfish' we ever bought, Missy Moo.
Thank you for stealing our hearts that day and being our very best behaved companion. You were so wise and so gentle, all through your life; there was never a time you weren't. You were a little bit of a diva and you knew it and I'm pretty sure you loved it too. You were my very best Walkies buddy and every walk from here on in I'll think of you. We're all missing you so much but we will always love you and remember you.
Heaven knows no leashes girl, it's yours for the taking.

In memoriam of Hunter Ovenden
Our little Hunter
I already knew before I saw you that you were the one. I held you in my arms at a few weeks older and told the pet shop not to sell you until I came back later that afternoon and take you home.
Ironically I named you Hunter not knowing about the Hunter Valley. We had lived here for a week and I kept hearing the word Hunter on the radio... What a great name I thought. It was fitting when the time was right.
Our jobs meant a lot of traveling, so you spend a lot of time with Nanna Trace and Aunty Lisa, and a lot of short stays with friends. Everyone loved you and your personality, but not so much your ability to dig through everything.
You were never the hugest fan of water, but would love walks through mereweather, glenrock and with the other dogs on horseshoe beach. You weren't always keen on playing, but you would sniff everyone's bums and pee on pretty much everything much to mums embarrassment.
The first time you had a seizure, it was the middle of the night and dad was overseas with work. Mum can treat people with seizures but she was really scared when it happened to her own baby. A few days later you were diagnosed with more seizures and given you were already quite old, mum worried it was only a matter of time.
Our last night together we had a nice long walk as a family and you got to smell all the different scents and pee on different things. Some people aren't so lucky that the last night wasn't so memorable.
The next morning was lucky mum was on a late shift to take you to the animal hospital where everyone took good care of you. We were there before and after work just to let you know you weren't alone.
You were in pain and the seizures never stopped, so we had to let you go. There has been no decision harder but we know you're not hurting any more.
Chace the parrot is confused. He still calls out to you and tells you to sit even though your not there. Remi the cat has been sitting in the backyard alone looking for you too. We know they miss you as much as mummy and daddy does.
We can only imagine all the digging you are doing now, eating pigs ears and butchers bones, sleeping as long as you want, walking without a leash and peeing on everything you can.
You were born in Newcastle and you left in Newcastle, so this place will always be special to us knowing it was your home.

They say pets only stay with us for the length of time we need them. Sadly we feel like this time was too short. However, the love and joy our hearts felt and the laughs and memories created with our little baby will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace beautiful boy, we love and miss you every day.
